Four Seasons at Breckenridge, CO Real Estate
Four Seasons was the moniker assigned to the area when it was developed in the early 70’s. Breckenridge Ski Area was fast becoming a favorite, so more condos were needed close-in by the slopes. The Bell Tower Mall was built on the south end of town and just south of that, Broken Lance Drive lead to the new Columbine Circle. Condos built there include Christiana, Mother Lode, The Lift Condos, Inner Circle, Snowdallion, Snow Spruce, Tamarisk, and later on in the late 70’s and early 80’s, Pine Creek Townhomes, Powderhorn Condominiums, Mountain Wood Condos were built. Right now the last lot remaining in the Four Seasons Subdivision is being developed.
is the newest condo in town with completion expected on the first units sold, this winter. The neighborhood enjoys skier shuttle service through the ski season and abbreviated bus service in the summer. This works fine as it’s an easy 2 block walk to the south end of Main Street. The Blue River runs along the west boundary of the neighborhood and there is easy access to it for the public and all residents. The trail following the stream leads right down to the bridge where you cross the Blue River to get to the Quicksilver Chairlift at the base of Peak 9. Or, if you feel like a nice hike, the trail leads up from behind Powderhorn condos to the historic Burro Trial in the scenic Carter Gulch. Warriors Mark was officially annexed into the Town of Breckenridge around the year 2001 and so now has the town plows working on the streets, the residents of the area are eligible to vote and run for office, and all real estate sales are subject to the 1% Town of Breckenridge Transfer Tax.
